What a sad final match to see Nadal lost to Novak Djokovic on Australian Grand Slam final last Sunday...this major tournament earn Novak his fifth Grand slam and he is now in the 1st ranking of world Tennis player..already just the fifth man in history to win three straight majors, joining Nadal,Rod laver,Roger Federer and Pete Sampras, Djokovic believes he can join Laver and Don Budge as the only men's players to have won all four grand slam crown within a year..huh!!..For Nadal if he won this tournament it would be his 11th grand Slam..
The victory which lasted for almost six hours vaults the world no.1 to the head of the elite with Roger Federer and Nadal now definitely trailing in his wake. This victory also mark that he is now reign the world of tennis by having seven straight victory to Nadal..before the final Nadal have to endure hard and exhausting games with Roger during semi final so I can say that Djokovic have an advantage over Nadal through their meeting..
The reason I like Nadal is that his game which is all about power and endurance, coupled with a never say die attitude which has helped him win 10 grand slam titles..moreover he is humble and down to earth person compared to Djokovic who is a bit show off...as a great defensive player hopefully Nadal could improve his skill and avoid major injuries that could lower his perfomance for his next game on the next major Tournament..there are still three Grand Slam to be watch out and I'm looking forward to see him in the final of those tournament....;0
